At Jackloc, the quality of our products and the service you receive is the most important thing to us. If there are areas in which you think we can improve, please let us know. It really matters to us that you are completely happy with your Jackloc experience.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase before you have installed it, please e-mail us via the “contact us” page within 14 days of receiving the goods, stating the reason you are intending to return the item. We will refund the original sales price or a replacement within this period, however, we are unable to accept any returns after this point.
We are not able to offer replacements or refunds for any damage caused by not following the installation instructions correctly, or for using replacement parts.
For faulty products, we may ask you to return the product to us in the original packaging (at our cost) so we can investigate the issue to make sure it won’t happen again. For non-faulty products, we will ask you to return the product to us, again in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse you for the cost of returning non-faulty products. Products must be returned in full, and in the original condition.

We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us to cover yourself in the event that the goods are lost in transit. Once we receive your returned goods a full refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the goods via the original payment method. We are unable to provide a refund to an alternative account or payment method.
