What personal data do we collect about you?

However, as we provide a 10 year guarantee on our products we will retain details of your customer order, including your personal data such as your name and contact details, for a period of 10 years after delivery of any product ordered so as to enable us to deal with any follow-up communications from you, to ensure that we are in possession of all relevant papers in the event of a legal claim relating to the contract between us or to deal with any claim which you may under our guarantee as part of our performance of our contract with you We will retain details of your customer order, including your personal data, for a period of 10 years to enable us to deal with any follow-up communications from you or to ensure that we are in possession of all relevant papers in the event of a legal claim relating to the contract between us.
In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
You have the right to:
