The business was founded in 2003 by sisters Emma Wells and Deborah Jennings. The Jackloc was designed by their father, Derek Horne and named after his grandson, Jack.

Emma and Deborah have successfully promoted and developed the company. The award winning Jackloc is a well respected and specified brand within the UK and overseas.
